Source

We buy direct from family farms in Honduras, Ethiopia, and Sumatra, and we pay above fair trade rates for every lot we bring in.

Roast

Beans hit the drum the same morning your order comes in. Small 12-pound batches, profiled by hand, logged roast by roast.

Rest

Every roast rests a full day so the CO2 settles and the flavor opens up before it gets anywhere near a bag.

Ship

Bagged with a one-way valve and in the mail within 48 hours of roasting. Most orders arrive within two days.
