Single Origins
Rotating lots from farms we visit and buy from year after year. Each bag lists the producer, the elevation, and the week it was roasted.

Signature Blends
Three house blends built for everyday brewing: Ember for dark, Oak for medium, and Morning Porch for breakfast. Consistent profiles, batch after batch.

Cold Brew & Cans
Slow-steeped for 18 hours in small tanks, then kegged or canned right at the roastery. Stocked in our cafes and a handful of local grocers.
Wholesale & Training
We supply cafes and restaurants within a day's drive, and we train every account's bar staff ourselves, dialing in grinders, water, and milk.
