Common Questions

Your first class begins with a brief orientation where we’ll show you around, explain our workout structure, and answer any questions. The coach will provide movement modifications based on your fitness level. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early to get comfortable with the space and meet other members.
Absolutely not! We welcome all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our coaches are experts at scaling workouts to meet you exactly where you are. Every movement has modifications, and we focus on proper form and gradual progression rather than intensity you’re not ready for.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and athletic shoes. We provide all training equipment including weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and cardio machines. Towels and lockers are available. We recommend workout clothes you can move freely in.
Members can book classes through our mobile app or website up to 7 days in advance. Drop-ins are welcome based on availability. We recommend booking early for popular time slots like 6am and 6pm. Cancellations must be made 2 hours before class start time.
Yes! Unlimited and Elite members can freeze their membership for up to 2 months per year for medical reasons, travel, or other circumstances. Simply notify us 7 days before you’d like to freeze. There’s a $25 processing fee to reactivate.
All Unlimited and Elite members receive quarterly nutrition coaching sessions at no extra cost. We provide general guidance on meal planning, macro tracking, and healthy eating habits. For comprehensive meal plans and weekly check-ins, we offer premium nutrition coaching packages starting at $99/month.
