Absolutely! We have beginner classes specifically designed for people with no yoga experience. Our instructors provide modifications for every pose, and we create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where everyone learns at their own pace. Most of our members started as complete beginners.
Just wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. We provide high-quality mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters for all students. Bring water and arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around and answer any questions.
Our hot yoga room is heated to 95-105°F with controlled humidity. This warmth helps muscles stretch safely and promotes detoxification. We recommend drinking plenty of water before class and bringing a towel. If you’re new to hot yoga, our instructors will help you pace yourself.
Vinyasa Flow links breath with movement in flowing sequences that build strength and flexibility. Hot Yoga is practiced in our heated studio for deeper stretches. Meditation Workshops focus on mindfulness techniques and breathwork. Restorative classes are slower and use props for relaxation. We’re happy to help you choose!
Yes! Our monthly memberships have no contracts and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. We also offer membership freezes for vacations or life changes. Class packages are valid for 3 months with no expiration fees.
