However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability and your specific needs. Partial planning and day-of coordination can often be arranged with 6-9 months notice.

Our full-service package includes initial consultation, unlimited planning meetings, venue selection and coordination, vendor referrals and management, design concepts and mood boards, timeline creation, budget management, rehearsal coordination, and complete day-of execution. We also offer partial planning and month-of coordination packages tailored to different needs and budgets.
