We roast to order, meaning your beans are roasted within 24 hours of your order placement. You’ll receive them within 3-5 business days of roasting — fresher than any grocery store can offer. Each bag is marked with the exact roast date.
Direct trade means we work directly with coffee farmers and cooperatives, cutting out middlemen. This allows us to pay farmers well above fair trade prices while ensuring we get the highest quality beans. We visit our partner farms regularly and maintain long-term relationships.
Store your beans in the original bag (it has a one-way valve) in a cool, dark place. Don’t refrigerate or freeze. For best flavor, use within 2-3 weeks of the roast date, though the beans will stay fresh for up to 6 weeks when properly stored.
Absolutely! You can modify your subscription anytime — change coffees, skip a delivery, adjust frequency, or cancel with no penalty. Just log into your account or email us at [email protected].
